NEW ADVANCES IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Master of Science in Human Services, with a concentration in Organizational Management and Leadership

 

Grace Talma Associates & Company Limited (GTA) is now offering in Trinidad & Tobago a higher level Leadership program called Organizational Management & Leadership (OML) for persons with more than 10 years of Leadership experience and a completed Bachelors degree.

GTA has contracted with Springfield College to provide professors to facilitate all sessions. Springfield is an accredited educational institution in the United States which has experience in providing leadership programs internationally since 1888. Springfield College has conducted similar programs in Brazil and Sweden.

Upon successful completion of this program participants will be awarded a Master’s of Science Degree with a concentration in Organizational Management & Leadership (OML).
