Grace Talma, Managing Director of Grace Talma Associates & Company limited, heads a Management Consultancy Company based in Port of Spain, Trinidad.
Ms. Talma has over thirty years experience in the field of Performance Management, Human Resource Development and Training.
Ms. Talma worlks with a wide variety of organizations in the public and private sectors conducting consultancies and training workshops both locally and regionally with special emphasis on organizational transformation and change management. |
Ms. Talma is a Graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Canada and studied at the Ontario College of Education and the University of Hawaii. She holds an MS in Human Services with a concentration in Organizational Management and leadership from Springfield College, Springfield, Massachusetts, U.S.A.
In 1969, she founded the National Secretaries Association of Trinidad & Tobago. She also assisted in the fonmation of The Secretaries Associations throughout the Caribbean.
Ms. Talma's mission is to serve the Caribbean region with the highest quality of professional service through vision, detenmination and hard work.
